The 2015 Martin Luther King Day Jr. of Service will offer the opportunity for individuals, families and groups to serve together to strengthen the community and serve others.

This year’s service projects will include:
Painting at local public schools
including H.L. Trigg and Northside Elementary
Painting for local residents

and even a cleanup project at the Wetlands site
for Elizabeth City Middle School.

  • 9:00 AM - Noon - Local Service Projects
Lodging is Free with Early Registration If you are able, please bring paint brushes, drop clothes, roller frames and covers, painters tape, and scrapers. We could also use a few ladders and if you have one you can bring, please contact Charlie first to determine current need.
